Howard Griffiths has been mastering his craft since the early 80's when he moved to Oregon and embarked on a woodworking career with the Michael Elkan Studio. There he was given the opportunity to learn jewelry box design and construction. Today in his own studio, Howard Griffiths carries on the tradition of incorporating great design with highly figured wood to produce beautiful yet functional art pieces.
